Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Northcoders (AIM:CODE), a market leader in technology training in the UK, confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 and Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) have now been posted to shareholders and published on the Company’s website at investors.northcodersgroup.com.

The AGM will be held at Manchester Technology Centre, 103 Oxford Road, Manchester M1 7ED on Thursday, 20 June 2024 at 1.00 pm (BST).  Any shareholder who wishes to attend the AGM in person is asked to register their intention to do so by contacting [email protected].

Shareholders are invited to submit any questions that they have on the business of the AGM by email to [email protected].

Voting

Whether or not shareholders intend to be present at the meeting, they are requested to complete and return the Form of Proxy, available on the Company’s website, in accordance with the instructions printed thereon as soon as possible and in any event so that it is received by the Company’s Registrars, Neville Registrars Limited, Neville House, Steelpark Road, Halesowen, B62 8HD not later than 1.00 pm (BST) on 18 June 2024.  Alternatively, you may register the appointment of your proxy electronically.
